Dassault Aviation showcased its ultra-long-range, large-cabin Falcon 8X flagship and super-versatile 900LX at the Dubai Air Show with the French manufacturer also promoting its new Falcon 6X and Falcon 10X ultra widebody aircraft.

The Falcon 8X has been a leading seller in the Middle East ever since it entered service, as it is able to fly non-stop from New York to Dubai, Dubai to Adelaide, or Chicago to Jeddah and yet land at restricted airports like London City, Gstaad, Switzerland, and Saint-Tropez-La Mole, France.

Interest at the show was understandable as the Middle East market is once again buoyant, following the long slowdown caused by the Coronavirus epidemic. Overall flight activity is up 25% over the end of 2019 and local operators are showing special interest in Dassault’s growing family of advanced large-cabin aircraft including the long-range Falcon 8X and Falcon 900 as well as Falcon 6X and Falcon 10X ultra widebody twins.
