Curated by OMNIYAT: The Lana, which celebrated its grand opening in April 2024, is managed by the Dorchester Collection.
The sale of the Penthouse at The Lana Residences follows a number of record-breaking Omniyat projects, such as the One at Palm Jumeirah penthouse (sold for AED 102 million in 2017) and more recently, the Sky Palace at AVA at Palm Jumeirah, Dorchester Collection, which went for AED 220 million in 2023.
