Monno Ristorante has launched a new artisanal menu for diners to enjoy during Dubai’s cooler months.
Inspired by balmy coastal Italian evenings, Jumeirah’s Monno Ristorante is offering diners a fresh menu full of cool flavours this winter. Thoughtfully curated by Italian Head Chef Federico Bartoli and his team, expect seasonal delights from the Mediterranean and Atlantic, with new antipasti dishes including Italian shrimp panzanella salad, basil and chili caviar, and ‘la tana del polpo’ – slow-cooked octopus served with potato cream and seaweed tapioca cracker.

For that authentic touch, Bartoli exclusively uses San Marzano tomatoes and olive oils, while importing artisanal Italian cheeses such Parmigiano Reggiano from Parma and fior di latte mozzarella from Napoli for his handmade pasta and genuine Neapolitan pizzas.

Talking of which, must-try slices include ‘Salamino di Wagyu’ with spicy wagyu beef salami and smoked mozzarella, the ‘Burrata’ pizza with double tomato sauce, fresh basil, creamy burrata and extra virgin olive oil, as well as the ‘Fruti di Mare’ pizza with San Marzano DOP tomato sauce, garlic, calamari, shrimps, tomato confit, olives extra virgin olive oil and oregano.
Located on Al Wasl Road, Monno is open daily from 12pm to midnight.
