The flying display is a big part of the Dubai Air Show and it’s recommended to get the big daily deals sealed before the first jet takes to the sky at 14:00.

Watching elite pilots push their aircraft to the limit is the perfect way to end a meeting and although it’s purely for professionals only, the show still attracts hundreds of plane enthusiasts to Dubai Word Central.

We still need to inspire the next generation of aviation enthusiasts and the show’s Skyview arena does just that. The area is specially created for the public and offers a safe and convenient grandstand for families to enjoy the flying display. Skyview ticket holders also have the unique opportunity to meet the pilots, who make daily appearances and are more than happy to oblige with photos, autographs and to answer questions about becoming a pilot.

With Skyview tickets sold out for the Wednesday and Thursday of the show, many families lined the roads outside the event. The kids were loving the sights and sound above them and it’s these enthusiasts that will hopefully become our next pilots, engineers and ground staff.
