SIGNATURE AVIATION: NEW TERMINAL OPENS
The world’s largest private aviation terminal operator, Signature Aviation, has opened a new private aviation terminal at Birmingham Airport, England.
The Mayor of Solihull Counsellor Ken Meeson, along with Emma Woodcraft, General Manager for Signature Birmingham and John-Angus Smith, Managing Director for Signature EMEA cut the ribbon in front of invited guests including customers, charter brokers, representatives from Birmingham Airport, suppliers associated with the construction and fitout of the new terminal, and other businesses from the local community in Solihull.
“The newly built FBO in Birmingham reflects the resilience of our team and the importance of this key strategic location within the UK and Signature Aviation network,” said Daniel Myles, Area Director UK for Signature Aviation. “General aviation continues to be a commercial driver to both the airport and the Birmingham area, and we look forward to welcoming customers to our new FBO on their next visit through Birmingham.”
